July 13 – Resonance Radio Live To Air event

Joe will be joining Resonance Radio’s Live To Air event at the East Tower of the Television Centre in White City where he will be doing a “West London” edition of the Joe Boyd’s A-Z.  Tickets are free and available here

July 15 – Rhythm Tree Festival, Isle of Wight

Joe will be appearing with Robyn Hitchcock at the Rhythm Tree Festival at Three Gates Farm in Calbourne, Isle of Wight

May 15 – Bayou Maharajah screening

Hampstead, London

Bayou Maharajah is a documentary about New Orleans pianist James Booker. Joe will be at the Hampstead screening of the film which is part of the Everyman Music Film Festival.   Joe produced Booker’s first solo lp in 1975 , he appears in the film and will answer questions afterwards.

This Friday evening (Feb 26)  the Victoria & Albert Museum will be holding one of their Friday Late Specials – this month’s theme is Radio. November 2 – Institute of Art and Ideas – Bristol

May 29 – Chinese White Bicycles

The How The Light gets In festival will also include a performance of “Chinese White Bicycles: Live and Direct from 1967 with Joe Boyd and Robyn Hitchcock” on Friday, May 29 at 4.30pm.

May 28 – How The Lights Get In

After the event at Pushkin House Joe will be reprising his talk on music and nationalism at How The Light Gets In festival on Thursday, May 28 at 3pm.
